Oozing Eczema sores

Hi,
I am desperate for some help, so i come here to maybe find some answers. Sorry for the bad english. Not so easy to explain everything but ill give it a try. Been struggling with Eczema about 5 years and i am 25 years old. Been using kortison and immunsuppresives about 3-4years, but my dermatologist never told me it could be harmful in the long run. Have been to so many doctors and they all say the same, that i need to use those drugs and can not be get better without the drugs. Now i am one year free from kortison and Immunsuppresives.
That one year was a struggle, from bloody and yellow flowing fluid on pillow every morning to even at one point get hospitalized couse it was so bad. Doctors wanted to give me very intens drugs which i said no to. After the hospital i gathered the courage to travel on holiday Even though it was really bad. It all disappeared almost! But once i got back home again it all started comming back. Tried everything, every oils there is, hundredes of different creams, changed my diet hundreds of times, probiotics, antibiotics and even bought a bathub worth 3,000€.
Right now im trying holiday again and it does not seem to work the same way, i can not stop the yellow oozing which sometimes bleeds aswell. The wounds just dont heal, it only gets worse. They have been oozing for 3 months sinne i was on last holiday.
If somone has experienced the same type of wounds, please help!
