Anyone know what this is on my knuckles?

Not itchy, spread a little over last couple of months.

tried a variety of creams with no success!

Thanks for posting your picture, sorry no one has been able to recognise the condition that you are experiencing. It may be worth getting it checked out by your GP just to put your mind at rest.

We do also have a sensitive skin clinic coming up shortly that is being run by skin experts from the British Skin Foundation that you may want to put your question to?
