I've to make a decision

Hi,

I am new and wanted some advice on eczema. I've had one since I can remember. However, recently, a friend advised a Clinical Research in LA where I will be moving soon.

Is it really safe to participate during this pandemic? and will this give me good results?

The research money I'm getting will cover my expenses and will help me save more but serious advice needed.

Hi ileanjane17,

Thank you for posting. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific medical advice here but hopefully other US members maybe able to help you.

However it is probably best to visit the Clinic Research company once the lockdown and pandemic has been controlled. Stay home, stay safe. They may be able to help you on the phone or via computer.

Kind regards

It's really hard to say how much it would be effective... but it's best to manage your expectations as many companies are working on eczema treatment apart from steroid but few have come up with a solution. Is there a dermatologist who can advise you? I guess knowing if there are more existing treatment options would be helpful.. take care

Hello there,

Thanks for your message!

I would have a thorough read about the company, impartial review sites and write down any questions that stem from this. If you feel uncomfortable about any of it, I would steer clear. 8-)

The best thing to do is try dry skin creams over the counter or dermol cream. The area of your eczema needs lots of lotion and over time it will get better. Speak to the GP about it too.
