New to the forums

Hello everyone.
I'm 25, lifelong eczema sufferer and looking to try and find like minded (for lack of a better term) people to talk with.
I use Cetraben to moisturise and have done for around 6 years now, I love the stuff. I'm currently suffering with a debilitating and exhausting flare up, the usual showering doesn't seem to be working as well. Though it is getting colder and my skin is usually worse in this weather. I'm wondering do any of ya'll have any tips? There's so much rubbish online that I'm wary of.
