Need cream suggestions

Hello, I have struggled with eczema flare ups recently and have got a lot worse, tried cream after cream and nothing works, at my wits end with it and was looking for suggestions of any sort of ‘miracle cream’ that’s been proven to be effective, thanks

Re: Need cream suggestions

Hi! Sorry to hear of the eczema flare ups. No miracle recommendation though.. we just use Physiogel AI, QV Intensive.. if it's flare ups, would be better to get a skin prick test and figure out the triggers. The other thing to note would be staph bacteria colonization.. both constant triggers & bacteria can cause the flare ups to persist. We use Octenisan to keep the bacteria count lower.. take care!

Re: Need cream suggestions

Zerobase.

It's a skincare winner. I've used it on my sore hands: and it heals the skin. I can't use any other cream on my hands: even Nivea flares them up. Zerobase is a miracle cream: but it's expensive. We're talking a good £10 per bottle. It is large, though and lasts ages.

Go to your local chemist to buy yourself a bottle. It'll be worth the price.
