Sleep
Since my eczema flared up on the soles of my feet, i've gradually struggled sleeping more each night as i wake up with them itching. I've started putting a fan on aimed at my feet once it starts, but any tips on sleeping better? I feel exhausted every day!!

Re: Sleep
Hi Kathryna,
How about wearing a wet wrap over your feet, with moisturizer underneath that can then stay moist longer for the night?
I've interviewed Tubifast on my blog, mainly questions targeted for children but reading it will give you an idea of what wet wrapping is. Generally, it's 2 layers, inner layer moist with water and moisturizer, outer layer dry over the inner layer. So far feedback from parents are positive.
Take care,
Mei

Re: Sleep
Standard topical treatment plus a sedative anti-histamine before going to bed is the first thing to consider but find out about The Combined Approach - getting a better night's sleep is the first effect that our patients report, and then many more benefits follow.
