hi guys

i know how everyone feels about eczema and i know how much of a strain it is on life so i hope my advice helps at least someone.
I have found out that anything with caffinee in so, coffee, tea, red bull, lucosade original and high sugary goods like chocolate. Cut these out of your diet and give it a go, i dont know how i came about it but i just did. Give it a go!

So glad you found something that works for you. I stopped drinking caffeinated drinks and it's definitley helping. I now drink dandelion coffee instead, doesn't taste much like coffee but it's a good enough substitute

I love tea!! Dont like herbal tea (incl green, fruit etc), I have two sugars - I know its bad.
Ah well.. Back to good ole filter water
