Help reguarding treatments for eczema

Hi there to everyone!

My name is Lauren, I'm nearly 22 and I have suffered with eczema since I was a baby.
I've tried varuous products, minerals and foods but they only seem to work for a temporary basis, the two main things I have found that seems to work are Aloe Vera or Seaweed. However, nothing perminant? Can anyone help me find things whether it is food, creams, vitimins etc.. I would really appreciate the help!

Thankyou :)
Kind Reguards,

Lauren

Hi Lauren!

Any chance that allergy testing can help you figure out? Both skin prick and patch test will be useful - former for figuring out the allergies and the latter can help figure out which skincare products not to buy as it contains ingredients you're sensitive to.
