Hi Mrssmith

Thank you for posting. Is it possible for you to walk this could be good place to start by setting yourself achievable targets. For example a 10minute walk each day. Once this becomes the norm and you are a able to do this without a large effort it will be time to either walk further or for a longer time.

If possible could you attended aqua aerobics classes. The aqua classes can be done in a shallow pool so no swimming is needed. :-) Pilates classes would be worth a try too.

There are also small changes that can be made for example using stairs instead of lifts parking further away from the shops when shopping. These small changes mean you are more active and using more energy. Standing up from a chair several times can be a workout it itself. You could also choose to pop some music on and have a brief dance! All in all start to try and move as much as you can.

Hope this helps and good luck.
