Your results in September are actually abnormal as the fasting blood glucose level of 6.5 is in the "pre-diabetes" range. There are various ways of diagnosing diabetes and pre-diabetes for example having a fasting blood glucose level between 6.1 to 6.9 mmol/L is consistent with pre-diabetes.
I'm concerned that you're feeling constantly thirty, passing urine hourly and feeling dizzy and tired. These symptoms are all classical features of frank diabetes. I would make an urgent appointment to see your GP or Practice nurse to discuss your symptoms, and discuss your results. A further blood test can be done at your GP to confirm whether this is the case.
