Body shape

I don't need to lose weight as such but I would like to reduce the huge amounts of excessive fat on my back and arm. Are there any exercises which I could do to achieve this?

Re: Body shape

Hello Cloudgamer

I'm not a fitness specialist so I'm afraid I can't offer any specific advice about exercise, but I'm interested in the fact that you say that you don't need to lose weight but have 'huge' amounts of excess fat on your back and arms, which would seem unusual if you are not generally overweight. Have other people noticed this or do you think you are overly sensitive about your appearance? I think the best first step would be to speak to your GP. He or she should be able to offer you specific advice. Some surgeries also have access to an 'exercise on prescription' scheme where you could get some individual help and support in starting a suitable exercise programme.
