Travelling to Europe for first time as a young person with multiple food allergies

I currently live in Australia and want to travel to Europe at some point very soon as I have been there before (with parents) and love it so I want to go back with friends. The only problem is I have multiple severe food allergies (eggs,nuts, dairy, shellfish) which make it quite difficult to travel or eat out. I am thinking that I would probably avoid eating out all together just to be safe as I already have to be extremely careful in Australia. I wanted to ask if anyone had some useful tips or experience travelling to European countries (Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Czech) with similar food allergies? I also should state that I am a student and don’t have a lot of money but am thinking that I will need to save up more in order to book places where a kitchen might be?
