Madisonmakes Recipes

Hi everyone. So excited to be the first to post on the recipe board.

I have a 4yr old son who has multiple allergies. Wheat, dairy, egg, nuts, soya, berries, citrus, beef, spinach, latex. The list is growing as he undergoes more skin prick tests.

I've just started a blog to show the recipes I've found and devised. There are so many alternatives out there but sometimes it's just all a bit scary. Allergy free ingredients just don't look or act like their counterparts. So with the blog I want to show people, parents of allergic kids especially what there is and how to use it. I enjoy cooking with my son and I think because we cook together he has gained a good understanding and acceptance f his allergies.

I hope you enjoy the recipes and my blog. I welcome all comments and feedback good or bad.

My blog is http://madisonmakes.blogspot.com/

Re: Madisonmakes Recipes

Hi Madison - just wondering if you are able to share any recipes with us here on talkallergy in the recipe section I've just seen?
