My problem just now is that when I wake up on a morning, always early, I always feel down and get worse if I stay in bed and try to relax improve. Generally once I am up and about it usually improves. How can I overcome this, I find it very depressing and tiring. I am been treated for mild depression and I am generally fine during the day and I sleep OK.
