Apple pudding

Ingredients

For the base:
4 fl oz cup soy milk
8 oz apples, chopped
4 oz flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp dairy free margarine
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

For the syrup:
8 oz brown sugar
8 fl oz hot water
1 Tbs dairy free margarine

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F/180C/Gas mark 4
Mix all the base ingredients together and put into a lightly greased 9" cake tin.
Bake in the oven for approx 35 minutes.

This makes a moist dense cake with a caramel style syrup.
Mix the syrup ingredients together and pour over the base.

mmm yummy made on Saturday

changed a little - soya to cows milk and used gluten free flour and used soya free butter. :D
