Buttermilk Substitute

Ingredients

1 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 cup safe milk substitute

Instructions

Put vinegar in measuring cup.
Fill to 1 cup with safe milk or substitute.
Allow to stand a few minutes before using.
