pcos and endometrosis
i was diagnosed with both pcos and endometrosis in december after trying to concieve for over 2years,I was given hardly any information about these but was put on mefenamic acid and tranexamic for heavy bleeding, does having both of these conditions make my chances impossible of concieving? or is there any treatment/lifestyle change that could possibly help?

Re: pcos and endometrosis
With PCOS the key is stable normal weight, which should favour regular ovulation.
For the endometriosis, surgical treatment of minimal to mild disease should improve your fertility.
For both conditions, the hormonal treatment such as the pill will stop you conceiving so the painkillers you are on are ok to use.
As you have tried for 2 years you need a referall to a gynaecologist who specialises in infertility who can take you forward.
