Hayfever treatment advice from Asthma UK

As a long term sufferer of Hayfever myself thought this may be of some use.

For me personally the combination of a nasal spray (Beconase) and eye drops (Cromolux) seems to work well. The pills tend to make me sleepy so avoid them.
