Spring is here and so is pollen
I sufferer for years with hay fever,I have tried so many kind of medication from pills ,nasal spray,change my lifestyle but no matter what hay fever still running behind me.
So after I have tried so many drugs I decided to go natural .

When I researched natural remedies to hay fever, the most interesting remedy that I found was using a mushroom called Reishi. Basically, the mushroom has been used for hundreds of years in the Far East as a natural non drowsy medicine but isn't so well known in the west. Tihs may be because of the strict rules about making medicinal claims in Europe. There are a few companies in Europe that sell the products, though I would steer well away from Ebay/ Amazon. There is such ferocious competition when you have virtually identical products side-by-side that its inevitable that the expensive component (i.e. the mushroom) is diluted.

I used to suffer terrible hayfever in the summer months: I don't anymore, which is strange. It just stopped.

Maybe it IS possible to cure hayfever.

There is currently no cure for hay fever. However, symptoms can be managed during the times of the year that have a high pollen count.
