I suffer with hay fever and have already started my medication. I used to think it was only when I was in the UK but over the last few years I've had boughts of it when I've been abroad. And at different tims of the year to when I get it in the UK (Mar-May). I guess it must be something to do with when certain trees and flowers are pollenatiing?!

anyone else get hay fever in addition to getting it in the UK? Or is it just me!!

well, the pollen grain protien stucture must be similar , so getting hay fever in other countries must happen for some.


are you starting your daily antihistamines 2 weeks before your pollen season starts? you need to build the antihistamine up before it starts.
what other pollen reducing stuff are you doing?
