IBS/Bloating

Why am I suffering with a bloated stomach, and how can I get rid of it? I cannot exercise due to severe Sciatica.

Re: IBS/Bloating

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for sending us your question regarding your bloating which can be a very uncomfortable symptom.

Exercise is great for gut motility but you have to also look at what you are consuming. Sadly, we are unable to give out a specific medical diagnosis here, but urge you to seek out the opinion of your GP first. They may refer you to a Dietician who can assess what could be the culprit.

We do have an IBS clinic currently running so have re-posted your question in there. Another member of the team will be in touch with you with a link once posted.

We have a FREE IBS/Bloating support programme that you may wish to check out. Please find link here:

You may want to also check out one of our clients, 'Chuckling Goat' as there is mounting evidence that there is a strong link to your gut microbiome (gut bacteria) and bloating/IBS issues.

Re: IBS/Bloating

Dear Anthony,
I think you might have some food intolerances. I suggest you to discuss this issue with your doctor and have specific exams done in order to solve this unpleasant situation. Hope to have helped
