Constipation

I have been on holiday twice this year for a week and both times I have had constipation or IBS pains and cannot understand why. When I am back off from my holiday I return to normal and do not have constipation or IBS pains, is there a reason behind it and what can I do to prevent it happening on future holidays as I hope to tour Europe next year and do not want to be ill please :|

Re: Constipation

Hi - that must be really annoying for you - not nice for anyone at any time let along a time when you are not at home in a normal routine... the last thing you want to have to think about when on holiday. We suggest that you look to seek guidance both within our talkibs hub and also visit The IBS Society for help. However we do also suggest visiting your doctor and would suggest before visiting you have a think what type of foods, drinks or routine that you have whilst away that are different from your normal lifestyle.

Have fun with your travelling and don't let your health be a barrier to doing your European Tour!

Re: Constipation

That happens to me all the time when I travel. I just take something with me now that is strong and gets me going regularly again. That has always worked for me.
