Slimming World has given me an almost IBS free life

IBS resulted in me missing social events, or leaving places early due to my early warning signs to get home quick. I felt miserable and in pain most of the time.

I joined Slimming World 14 weeks ago and have only had 1 IBS bout (following a stray onto high fat foods). I no longer have lactofree milk which not only costs a bit but I no longer believe ordinary milk brings on IBS symptoms.

Anyone else found this 'lifestyle change' (as Slimming World is not a diet) of benefit to their IBS?

Food Optimising caters for members with special dietary requirements or conditions affected by diet, including diabetes, Coeliac disease, lactose intolerance and IBS.

It is important to remember that different things work well for different people - even with the same diagnosis. As with everything we recommend talking to you health care professional for advice.

Since Thinning World's Food Enhancing plan is so adaptable, you can pick the food sources that suit your own inclinations and dietary necessities, meaning you can fit Food Advancing to what works for yourself and stay away from or limit any food varieties you track down trigger your IBS side effects.
