Re: obveractive bowel & Bladder

Getting up more than twice during the night to urinate is called nocturia. Nocturia may be aggravated by drinking large amounts of caffeine, certain medications and in some cases cardiac insufficiency. Faecal incontinence can occur if your pelvic floor exercises are weak. Pelvic floor exercises may help. You would benefit from an assessment with your local continence service, your GP will have further details. The Continence service would be able to advise and treat you appropriately, if necessary they can also refer you on for further treatment. Alternatively contact the clinical helpline at the Bladder & Bowel Foundation 0845 345 0165 and a continence adviser will be able to give you some advice and help you locate your nearest continence service.

You should definitely see your GP asap on this.
Could be a number of causes some of which are urgent to diagnose.
Please go in an get the process started as you will need a referral into a hospital probably.
