Pain/Pressure/Nausea

Recently I have started to drink more water in the effort to shape up and be healthier.
Since I have, I have noticed I am starting to get this ache in my lower back.
Since Wed last week it has got worse and I have been waking up very early in a morning feeling quite sick and then during the day the ache starts.
I used to suffer from a lot of water infections, and do have IBS but this pain is a new pain, and doesn't feel like a muscle or bone injury.
Please can you offer any advice, as I suspect it might be bladder related?

Hi

I would book an appointment to see your GP, perhaps you need to post this on the bladder section of this online clinic to gain another opinion.

It would be worth getting a urine sample to the GP to check for a urine infection if you have had them before..Make sure you are not drinking too much as this can often cause pain and nausea...
