Bowel Endometriosis

Where to start....Started experiencing a stabbing pain in my right side when passing stools during menstrual cycle last october. Put it down to an IBS flare as I'd been told I had this previously by hospital. Two months later whilst attempting intercourse thought I was gonna die, the pain shooting through my lower pelvis and abdomen, couldn't stand or sit or walk, crying and screaming. Went to A&E, on call Gynae took swabs for STI gave me pain killers and discharged me. One month on same again, and every month the pain passing stools was now making me cry severe pain in abdomen, almost as if the whole of my insides were so swollen nothing could get out, difficulty using tampons too. Went to docs and referred to Gynae, two month wait, ultrasound shows cyst so booked in 3 months later for laparoscopy & hysteroscopy. THREE Months further pain increasing in intensity, have laparoscopy, (my body reacts badly to surgery, after brain surgery 4 years ago it doesn't want to play) only to be told no cysts!!! Found small amount of Endo which has been removed and doesn't account for pain I've been in. So I'm back to square one... TIme of month 1 week later and the excrutiating pain is still there, no change at all, ridiciulous pain passing anything, crying, screaming. Go back to docs they say they'll refer back to Gynae, Gynae calls says he's done his job nothing to do with him any more so I'm now fighting literally to get some help. Go to A&E who says for docs to refer to General Surgery as they think Bowel Endo, docs say NO. AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Finally they do referral to hospital, month wait, who just refer for ct scan, another monther wait, who then send results back to hospital. It's now 12th July, Tim of month again....loads of pain, letter from hospital to say Nothing particularly unusual on CT Scan and to wait for a follow up appointment in couple of months. Does nobody understand or Care in the NHS that I've been in pain for 9 months now, they're arguing amongst themselves not making a decisions not caring. I've done my own research, checked my symptoms time and time again and Bowel Endometriosis fits but nobody will listen to what I have to say. What do I have to do to get someone to move themselves to get me a decent referral. I get enough pain from my Arnold CHiari daily this doesn't help on top.

Thoughts, advice, anything appreciated please
