Sexual issues: Pain during intercourse and loss of libido

I am a 41 year old woman who has had Fibromyalgia (and ME/CFS) for several years. During the past 3-4 months, I have experienced a loss of libido as well as vaginal pain during and after intercourse. Is this a fibromyalgia symptom, or should I be looking for another cause?

I'm afraid a Fibro symptom. I have read somewhere loss of labido is caused by Fibro, certainly affected me

I think my libido took a train ride somewhere.

All symptoms should be checked out and not assumed to be FM. This can lead to other causes being missed which can have serious consequences.
At present FM is about treating the symptoms and a specialist should be able to suggest ways of relieving the pain at least.
