ME and fibro pain treatment

Hi I was diganosed with both ME and fibro 12 months ago. I'm really struggling with the pain and fatigue I also suffer with anxiety and depression since becoming poorly. Im taking over the counter painkillers but the are not doing anything for the pain. My doctor doesn't seem interested in prescribing anything else for the pain. Just wondering what other pain relive there is that might help me. Thank you.
