As there isn't any evidence from good quality clinical trials regarding safety and benefits of Imunovir in ME/CFS, and NICE do not recommend the use of immunoglogical treatments, this is not a treatment that is going to be prescribed on the NHS.
Speaking as a doc with personal experience of ME/CFS, I tried this drug several years ago - with no obvious benefit
However, I know from a considerable number of anecdotal reports that some people have found it helpful
