Pain in right temple

Hello,

I have had ME for several years - as well as my 'usual' constant symptoms I also tend to have phases of different symptoms. One of them being a pain in my right temple (it feels as though a pencil is digging into the temple)

Can anyone suggest a painkiller that won't make me drowsy please. Most painkillers don't touch this particular pain except for Codeine based - but they send me to sleep and it's vital that I stay awake as much as possible at the moment.
