Hi,
I live 25 yards from a busy rounderbout and i am worried that the co2 car emmisions could be a factor in my Cfs/Me.Would air polution deposit toxins in my body? If so how would i rid my body of all toxins?

If you are living in an area where there is a significant amount of air pollution then this can have an adverse effect on various aspects of health - respiratory diseases like asthma in particular.
Common sense suggest that air pollution could also have an adverse effect on illnesses like ME/CFS - but there hasn't been any research carried out here.
I'm afraid their aren't any magic solutions to removing these sort of pollutants from the body once they have entered via the respiratory tract
The answer lies in prevention rather than removal
