Re: "The PACE trial principal investigators answer questions"
(The above post has now been locked so I am unable to post this response on the same thread).
RESPONSE TO ABOVE
The above statement by the PACE Trial researchers has not provided the information which many people posting on this forum have asked for. The request has been for the data generated by the trial, not simply for the opinions of the researchers. We have to remember that the PACE trial researchers have already been promoting these therapies for many years and have a vested interest in them being validated. This could lead to bias regarding the conclusions drawn from the data gathered in the trial. I and many others would like to make a personal decision about the merits of these treatments based on our own interpretations of the results. Also, once again I would like to re-iterate that information regarding the number of trial participants who were made worse by GET has not been released in spite of repeated requests.
There has been widespread interest in this trial and people other than the PACE Trial researchers themselves have spent considerable time interpreting the results.
The links below provide an excellent analysis which claim that the PACE trial conclusions are unsustainable and unsupported by the data:

The deliberate exclusion of the severely affected, a quarter of all sufferers, from the PACE trial must have greatly influenced the outcome.
