Guttate psoriasis

In October i had tonsillitis, which led me to getting guttate psoriasis from head to toe, my doctor wasnt very helpful so i ended up trying all kinds of things, nothing worked, but i finally saw my local nurse, who was brill she gave me dovobet and finally its clearing up, but im left with scars, will they fade as they are awful esp in my arms, does anyone know of good lotion for scars i could use
