Is there any connection between rosacea and food intolerance? My rosacea seems to be aggravated by fish and chocolate. I have suffered other symptoms caused by food allergy and intolerance for most of my life but the rosacea is relatively recent (in the last 10 years).

I agree with Sheila,

by now you probably know what makes your rosacea worse.
The good thing is that there are now good treatments for inflammatory rosacea (rosacea with spots) and a good licensed treatment for flushing rosacea (red face rosacea) is coming in January!
