Dermagraphia

I've suffered from Dermagraphia for four years and have been referred to a dermatologist for treatment. Main symptoms are itching, skin crawling sensation and excessive sweating under armpits and groin.The medications of antihistamines, antacids, mastcell stabilisers and numerous lotions and creams have eased some of the symptoms, along with wearing loose cotton clothing. However groin and under arm sweating is a major problem if I have any clothing resting against my skin especially the armpit area.

Can you enlighten me as to why this would happen, and any other treatment or medication I could take to ease this embarrassing condition. The dermatologist has run out of suggested treatments. I do also suffer the following medical conditions, Under Active Thyroid, ME, and Endometriosis.
