Psoriasis and Fissures

Is there a possibility of having fissures on the feet due to dehydration and psoriasis i.e. patchy thick skin of sole s of both feet, at the same time, or mix of many conditions?. I have consulted 6 Doctors and was told different things for the same symptoms which started almost a year back. Diff diagnosis were ... simple dermatitis, fissures due to dehydration, Keratosis, Psoriasis etc. I am really confused. I was given many moisturising creams and also Clobetasol Propionate & Salicylic acid ointments of 3, 6, & 24%. The thickened skin softens and comes out but is replaced by new skin which again becomes thick, very tough and splits also. Now for past 4 months I noticed all my nails becoming rough and slightly dented but still pink, where as earlier they were shiny pink, strong and smooth.
