Exorex

I've seen some inforamtion on this site about exorex - has anyone tried it? I've lived with mild psoriasis for about 10 years and just totally fed up with nothing working .... any help or tips for products would be great. To be honest I think I'm going through the menopause and whilst my psoriasis was OK, now I'm getting menopause symptoms my psoriasis is flaring up. I wonder if this is normal too? Thanks.

My daughter uses exorex cream. While she is only 6yrs old, we use it as a boost for her emollients. It hasn't cleared up her P but to be honest it's so severe at the moment I wasn't expecting it too. But it's a good moisturiser with a calming effect. We use it twice a day. We slap it on so it's not like a steriod cream.

I developed guttate p during puberty so I think it may make sense to have a flare up during menopause. I'm sure it will ease eventually. My tips are, moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. I think sometimes people look for the 'one magic cream' but until that day several times a day with a moisturiser like exorex will do good.

I use old fashioned oatmeal baths 2 x day and 3 times aday I put pure Vit E oil on it...works good..

i have been using exorex for 2 weeks and i think that it has worked for me..
but i also use hydrous, and a new double base cream which is called dayleve gell which i use on my face
and im seeing really good resposes ive been clear for 2 weeks
but i also have light treatment etc,
and i got out of hospital 2 weeks ago because they wanted to get rid of my psoriaisis
