fresh organic produce would be my bet to help. Any processed foods or "non-foods" that have been exposed to chemcials, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides etc should be avoided. Drinks that dehydrate the skin or are duretic like tea and coffee are best to be avoided in my opinion. good quality water (bottles mineral or spring water) may also help.

Re: Diet - Food and Drink

I found alcoholic beverages and caffeinated drinks to cause an increase of flare-ups. Chocolate containing 70% cocco did not seem to increase condition vs regular chocolate snack bars. Most fruits & veggies in juicing showed to improve my condition but everyone's body reacts differently to certain food or drink.

Well no doubt that diet plays an important role in our daily life. We should eat healthy food in our diet. Vegetables and fruits are best diet food because these food have no any side effect. In drinks we should drink fruit juice because fruit juice has vitamins which provide energy to the body.

If your intake is good, healthy and in proper amount then you will be healthy and mostly it helps you to grow your hair and maintain its quality so that can style it.
