natural remedy to relieve Psoriasis

Hi im Casey, 22 years of age and im suffering from Psoriasis disease on my hands and arms. It goes for a while but it comes back infected and inflamed. I always looked around me and saw other people's hands and arms in perfect condition. I can remember when I was bullied so much in Secondary School because of my Psoriasis and I was treated like dirt.

From my own experience I learned that there is no quick fix for psoriasis. To reverse psoriasis you must address the causes of the disease. The causes of psoriasis can be our genetic state, our nutritional history, and/or the toxic burden we are faced with from our foods and our living and working environments.
