Blood monitoring
reetings
Looking for advice.
Im, 36 years of age and have had severe plaque psoriasis for almost 15 years, which covers my scalp, legs and back pretty bad.
I currently serve in the British Army and and the current treatment I get is the occasional steroid ointment and scalp solution, with e45 bath and cream to moisturise.
I previously was on Ciclosporin which worked wonders, but due to the regular blood tests i had to do to monitor my vitals, my medical grading went down, and i was about to be medically discharged. I have had to come off the tablets due to this.
I can't do UV treatment due to large number of moles on my body, which is deemed risky.
I was wondering, is there and treatment either injection or tablet for Psoriasis, that dosen't require blood tests, or constantly have to monitor organs?
Your help would be so grateful.
Kind regards
Del
