Psoriasis is a skin sickness that causes a rash with bothersome, textured patches, most normally on the knees, elbows, trunk and scalp. Psoriasis is a typical, long haul (constant) illness with no fix. It tends to be difficult, obstruct rest and make it hard to think.

I don't think you'll be able to completely get rid of your psoriasis but you can certainly use skin soothing creams to reduces its appearance. Don't give up hope: your skin can be treated but again it'll only reduce the soreness.
