I have mild psoriasis on my elbows, and Dermal md Psoriasis Serum works pretty darn well. It stops the itching, and feels really nice.
If you put on too much, it can get a little sticky, but the salicylic acid clears up my breakouts within a couple days.

If I get into contact with bleach, I get contact dermatitis. It is absolutely awful. Therefore I avoid using bleach and use ZeroBase on my hands: even when my hands aren't sore.

ZeroBase costs around £9 here in Britain. I happily pay it, because it doesn't burn my skin and leave my hands painful and sore.

I do also have to avoid bleach: even a drop of the stuff leaves my hands in pain.
