Hello there,
First and foremost, you are advised to seek out the advice of your GP and have a check up and consultation with your medical professional.
WHilst I am in no position to offer up medical advice as that is the area of some of the other experts on this panel, you may be interested to know that there is a good body of evidence to support the use of and efficacy of hypnotherapy for lowering blood pressure. Though I'd always recommend it in conjunction with more formal medical advice.
Following on from a visit to your GP and any further medical professional advice, you might like to seek out the services of a suitably qualified hypnotherapist as another avenue to explore.
You may like to have a look at an article I wrote on the blog here at this website, for example:

Good luck with it.
Best wishes, Adam.

Hi, I would echo everything that Adam has just written.
To add to it, have a look at your diet and your overall health. Check you aren't eating too many carbs, check you are eating from natural sources rather than processed, and get mobilised a little more - that doesn't mean exercise necessarily, that means just move more, always in consideration of how you feel inside. A personal trainer experienced in working with clients with such issues could be a great investment, just to help get you in the right direction.

Not much more to add - you need a proper assessment from your doctor asap.
