Re: Wheezy - could it be mould in the bedroom?
Hi
it is possible to get wheezy due to exposure to mould - particularly 'black mould' - just look in google images to see what it looks like - however, this is usually due to allergy to the mould spores, not due to infection by the mould itself. You can treat the wheeze with inhalers - the blue salbutamol inhaler or sometimes a brown inhaled steroid inhaler as well - however, have never had to treat anyone with anti-fungals in these circumstances. The most important thing is to get the mould cleared up and see if your wheeziness improves - if not, it is probably just 'normal' asthma.
