Low Oestrogen levels

I've had low oestrogen levels for some time. This has affected my periods and was wondering what can be done to bring the levels back to normal. Various contraceptive pills have had no effect and I have read that some oestrogen supplements can increase the risk of cancer?

Would be grateful for any help/suggestions...many thanks.

Re: Low Oestrogen levels

I am afraid that you have not told me enough to be able to answer this question - how do you know the levels are low and what effect has this had on your periods?. It is possible to generalise and say that replacement to physiological levels is no greater risk than if the hormones were produced by your own body.
