My back becomes very stiff especially in a morning but only when I'm on my period. Do have very painful and heavy periods. The stiffness occurs every cycle for the last 2 years.
What cause it?

No endo/fibroids/PID/cysts

Age 35. Two children both by c-sections. Had surgery to remove adhesions.

I think this is probably an effect of the hormone changes as estrogen is lowest at this time in the month.
