Right side pain

Hello I am 35 yrs old female. I have been having ongoing problems with right sided abdominal pain for over two years. I have been to the doctors on numerous occasions and been given antibiotics for a uti even though there is never any signs of infection just microscopic blood in my urine. The pain has always eventually eased off but since July last year it has been constant. I have had an ultrasound ct scan and renogram and the urologist said my kidneys were ok. They eventually said that I was b12 deficient and I had injections in December. I started to feel better and returned to work after several months off. The pain has returned with a vengeance this week. The pain is under my ribcage and travels upwards and down into my groin. I have been referred to a gynaecologist and a gastro doctor. They just keep giving me co-codamol 30/500mg which takes the edge off but makes me drowsy so I'm off work again. An ultrasound couple of yrs ago showed gallstones but the ultrasound late last yr did not. The pain intensifies when I am ovulating and on my period and I do have heavy periods for a week on a 4 week cycle. I have two children 8yrs and 5yrs and both were c sections. The gp said they won't give me b12 more frequently because this will have nothing to do with the pain. The pain is there whether I eat or not. I have also noticed in the last few days that my right side is slightly bigger at waist level than my other side.
