vaginal tear from childbirth nor sewn up
Please can anyone advise, i had a rapid delivery with my last son who is now 1, i tore and nobidy stitched me up, this has resulted in a very large opening nearly to my back passage + looks + feels like my insides are falling out. I went to my Dr about 6 mth ago who ref mwho.didnt bother to examine me (Dr said I.had a prolapse) or run any test to see how bad i wet myself (which is pretty bad some days) just said don't drink tea, do pelvic floors + it will go.bk to normal. It's nit + it's really embarrassing. can I go to my doc + request surgery for the prolapse + also to resew me bk up as im.constantly suffering from thrush or bv due to the huge hole I'm left with (not to mention the bit if skin what looks Luke a penis) it's really getting me down now

You need a referral to a gynaecologist - they'll be able to help you with all of those issues.

These problems can be complex and require clinical assessment and possibly further investigations before one is able to give advice.
I would agree that an assessment by a specialist is the best way forward.
