I am currently going through tests because my husband and I have not been able to get pregnant for 2 years. My bloods showed a prolactin level of 700 so I was sent for an MRI scan. My consultant hasnt explained what they are looking for but from researching online i understand that prolactin can prevent ovulation. If that is the case would i still be having a period? I used to have my period every 28 days but they are now anywhere between 25 and 35 days. Also i saw my testosterone level was 0.6 what does that mean?

The MRI is to make sure that your pituitary is not swollen and compressing the rest of the gland that produces the hormones that stimulate your ovaries.

I'm not sure what units they're using to easure the testosterone but the results need to be taken in the context of your other results to see if you have got the polycystic ovarian syndrome.
