Premenstrual Spotting

Hi,

I experience premenstrual spotting since stopping the contraceptive pill in June 2013. The spotting varies each month starting from 4 days to a week before my period and differs in amount also. I had blood tests which was normal, ultrasound showed no abnormalities and smear test normal. Are there any other reasons that could be causing this spotting and could it interfere with me getting pregnant?

It's annoying, but probably normal. It shouldnt interfere with you conceiving, but count your cycle as starting on day1 of the proper bleed when you are timing your intercourse.
